Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Mishkat Training Academy, we are committed to providing a professional, transparent, and fair experience for all our clients. This policy outlines the cancellation and rescheduling terms for products, training services, and consultations, ensuring clarity of rights and responsibilities.

1Products (Digital & Printed)

Digital Products (e.g., PDF or ePub books)

    Once a purchase is completed and the download link is activated, the order is considered final and non-refundable.
    Redistribution, sharing, or republishing of the content is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of intellectual property rights.
    If a technical issue prevents access to the file, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement copy.

Printed Products (e.g., physical books or printed guides)

    Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
    If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
    Returns or exchanges are not allowed for reasons unrelated to defects.

2Training Services (Courses – Workshops – Programs)

    Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours before the session starts for a full refund.
    Cancellations within less than 24 hours of the session start are not eligible for a refund.
    Clients may request to reschedule or transfer enrollment to a similar course, provided notice is given at least 12 hours before the session. Only one rescheduling request is allowed.
    No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

3Consultations (Individual or Group)

    Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, with a full refund.
    Cancellations within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
    Appointments may be rescheduled once only, with notice given at least 12 hours in advance.
    If the client is late by more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the session may be marked as canceled, depending on the coach's schedule, with no guarantee of rescheduling or refund.
    If the consultant is late or absent, we will reschedule at the client's convenience or provide a full refund upon request.

4General Terms

    Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
    We strive to be flexible in case of emergencies, while maintaining fairness to all parties.
    Mishkat Training Academy reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
